Chef Steve Riley has designed a menu that is rich in local seasonal products which compliments the culture and landscape of the surrounding area.
Chef Steve Riley features in season local fruits and vegetables in our Field to Fork program. The Annapolis Valley offers many different products including local Blueberries, Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts, Fiddleheads, Raspberries, Apples etc… When these products are in season Between the Bushes Restaurant supports the local farming community by featuring their products in special dishes on the menu.
