Since quality control begins on the farm, we maintain the best practices in crop rotation and soil management at Dykeview Farms (our primary production division of the company); continually look for new methods to improve produce quality and crop yields. We also take care to ensure that crops purchased from other farms in the area are up to our own quality control standards.

We have established strict quality control procedures and joined Taste of Nova Scotia - a Nova Scotia industry association that sets standards for and monitors product quality.
We are proud that five of our current products - onions, potatoes, blueberries, cranberries, brussels sprouts - carry the Taste of Nova Scotia branding.
